The 14th Monthly Meeting.

The 14th Monthly General Body Meeting of our Association was held on 6th November, 2023, in the premises of Ramalayam.
The discussions and resolutions are given below;

Minutes of the 14th meeting held on 6th November, 2023 at 5:00 pm in the Ramalayam premises:

1. Invitation to new members:
Newly joined as members of our association;
i.) Sitarama Rao garu,
ii.) T. Venkulu Goud Garu and
iii.) K. Krishna garu
All members are invited with open voice.
All of them introduced themselves to the association members.
All the members of the association congratulated for joining the association.


2. Birth day greetings to members born in November:
i.Ramanamuni Srinivas Rao garu 19-11-1948, 75yrs
ii. M. Chalapathi Rao garu 8 - 11 - 1949
iii. R M Srikantan garu 17-11-1941
iv. Just now joined new member Venkulu garu 8 -11-1947, 76 years
have birthday this November month.
All the above members were greeted heartfully by association members.

3. Filled-in registration forms
Very few members submitted filled-in registration forms.
Few more forms yet to submit before going for ID cards.

4. Website opening:
The president thanked all the members for responding and gathering with a phone call in very short notice.
Our association website https://scwahtc.co.in was opened by our MLA.

5. Get together party:
√. Get-together party is going to be held at Ananthagiri hills.
√. The program includes; Anatha padmanabha swamy darshan and Karteeka Vana Bhojanalu.
√. The program is going to be held on 22nd November, 2023 from 7:30am to 7:30 pm.
√. The bus starts from Cross roads on the backside of Vijetha super market, at 7:30 am.
√. All the members participating in the get-together are requested to be present sharply at 7:30 am. Bus Number will be announced later in the get-together WhatsApp group. Any doubt can be raised in the Get-together What's App group.
√. Vijaya Kumar garu (SBI) is food in-charge to look after breakfast fast, Lunch and snacks in the evening.
√. Pandurangaiah garu will look after collection and payments.
√. V. Venu Mohana Rao garu will look after the entertainment program and smooth conduct of the program.
√. NarasimhaRao garu and Vijaya Kumar garu (Rly) will provide suggestions from time to time to cover the lapses happening if any.
√. The schedule of the program is announced by Venu Mohan garu and the same is posted in the groups.
√. Members can give their names to Pandu rangaiah garu within 2 days (by 8th November) and payment should be completed by 10th November, '23, to make it comfortable for all arrangements to be done in advance.
√. The President said, this is the best Dias to exhibit the skills of members, further he requested all the participants to prepare and to put-forward their skills, like singing, Anthyakshari, or any such games, so that the group can enjoy.
√. The President requested the members to come out with constructive suggestions to make the get-together party more effective, more interesting and more enjoyable. After collecting all the suggestions the get-together committee will finalize the best and use them in the implementation.

6. Oka Manchu Mata:
Anand Prasad garu spoke about ethical values from all Kandas of Ramayana with special focus on Sundera kanda.

7. Saradaga Kaasepu:
In-charge B Ramprasad garu started the 2-minute Laughing exercise by all in standing position.

8. Question Hour:
K.K. Sharma garu raised the question about providing ID cards.
The president answered, as soon as the submission of the registration forms gets completed, we can go for ID cards.

9. Vote of Thanks:
The meeting was concluded with the vote of thanks by K Pandurangaiah garu
